My inspiring variety of yoga brings balance to the body, mind and soul, for every day and times of transformation or challenge.

My teaching guides you towards a deeper understanding of the practice, through a calm, focused outlook, an agile, strong body and a supported immune system.

From beginners to regular yogis, my classes are for everyone seeking to:

  • learn the basic foundations of yoga
  • develop a more challenging or dynamic practice
  • deepen their understanding of mindfulness and meditation

I teach weekly multi-level group yoga classes plus private and semi-private lessons in my home studio in Shoreham, near Sevenoaks Kent.

Understanding and empowering life through yoga

I am a Menopause Yoga Accredited Teacher and run Menopause Yoga events, supporting, educating and empowering women through midlife.

For ‘Wellbeing at Work’, I run bespoke corporate courses and workshops.

Alongside regular classes, I co-host ‘Yoga Supper Club’ and enjoy organising day retreats, special events like ‘Yoga+Wild Swim’, festival yoga and more…

My extensive library of on-demand video classes and tutorials encourages you to develop a guided self-practice anytime, anywhere.
